User Agreement

1. Accuracy; Responsibility

The User attests that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. The User is solely responsible and legally liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or misleading data.

2. Public Information & Third-Party Use

The User understands that information designated or displayed as public may be accessed and used by third parties beyond the control of Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC, and the User releases and holds them harmless from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from such third-party use.

3. Platform Purpose & Free Use

The Platform is provided free of charge unless otherwise agreed in a separate, written Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). It is intended to function as a directory of people and businesses with an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to provide general guidance, navigation, and support within the Platform, and is not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, or real-estate advice.

4. AI — Limitations, User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

The User acknowledges that AI systems are inherently imperfect and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs.

The User agrees to:

• provide accurate, truthful, and regularly updated information and AI training data;
• exercise due diligence to prevent misleading AI outputs and correct errors promptly;
• not train, configure, or use the AI to mislead, harm, defame, or damage any person or business (on or off the Platform);
• not use the AI, directly or indirectly, to request, solicit, or collect payments, donations, or anything of monetary or in-kind value from end-users; and
• not train the AI to provide links, redirects, or instructions that facilitate money collection or financial solicitations.

The User expressly releases and holds harmless Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, reliance upon, or consequences of any AI outputs.

The Platform is not obligated to store or provide transcripts of chat interactions; chat data is not permanently stored.

5. Platform Use, Security & Restrictions

The User agrees to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and not to engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, unlawful conduct, or harmful activities.

The User shall not attempt to hack, penetrate, probe, reverse-engineer, copy, extract, or otherwise circumvent any technical, security, or functional restrictions of the Platform, nor shall they attempt to access proprietary code, files, or system data belonging to Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC.

The Platform may not be used for any business activity related to real estate unless covered by a valid, written MOA with Sqyrs OPC.

6. Content Moderation & Removal

Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, restrict, unpublish, suspend, or permanently remove any content or information that they reasonably deem to be: false, inaccurate, or misleading; expired or no longer relevant; competitive or rival to their business; damaging to reputation or operations; offensive, immoral, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate — with or without prior written notice.

Such removal or unpublishing is irrevocable, and Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC are under no obligation to restore or reinstate removed content.

Requests for voluntary deletion may be submitted to care@sqyrs.com, and are subject to applicable policies and law.

7. Platform Changes; Features; Termination

Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC may, at any time and without prior notice and without requiring the User’s consent, add, remove, modify, suspend, limit, or terminate any features, usage limits, or functionalities of the Platform. The User accepts that such actions may occur for operational, legal, or business reasons.

8. Amendments to this Agreement (IMPORTANT)

Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC may modify, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time. Modified terms become effective upon posting to the Platform or other publication. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement, “continued use” means any form of ongoing access to or interaction with the Platform or its features, including but not limited to logging in, browsing, uploading content, training the AI, or communicating through the system.

9. Marketing & Communication Consent

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that by registering with and/or using the Platform, they consent to receiving marketing, informational, promotional, and transactional communications from Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC through email, SMS, phone, push notifications, or any other communication channels provided. The User understands they may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but that certain transactional or informational communications directly related to the use of the Platform cannot be opted out of.

10. Sqyrs OPC Branding & Business Operations

The User acknowledges and accepts that Findrea.com is a business strategy of Sqyrs OPC, a duly licensed real estate solutions provider and real estate agency in nature, and that the rights of Sqyrs OPC to perform its normal business operations consistent with its line of business shall remain protected at all times.

The User further acknowledges that the branding, trademarks, trade names, and business presence of Sqyrs OPC, including references to Findrea, Findrea.com, and related subpages, shall remain visible on the Platform and cannot be hidden, altered, obscured, or removed for any reason.

The User agrees not to perform, employ, or commission any action, tool, or method, whether technical or otherwise, intended to remove, conceal, or diminish the presence of Sqyrs OPC branding, business operations, or related communications on the Platform.

11. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC, their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the User’s breach of this Agreement or the User’s actions or omissions on the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability & “As-Is” Service

The Platform and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for losses caused by downtime, interruptions, or reliance on AI outputs.

13. Non-Endorsement

Listing on or use of the Platform does not imply endorsement, verification, or warranty by Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC of any user, listing, product, or service. Users remain responsible for their due diligence.

14. Privacy & Data Handling

Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The User accepts the residual risk and releases Findrea, Findrea.com, and Sqyrs OPC from liability for unauthorized access or breaches beyond their reasonable control.

15. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes in good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or otherwise resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
